Reliance Jio has opened its Jio Preview offer to more Samsung smartphones and select LG smartphones, which means owners of these smartphones can walk in to the nearest Reliance Digital or Xpress Mini Store to get a new Jio SIM with 3 months of unlimited data, voice calling, and SMS, as well as access to Jio apps and services like JioOnDemand, JioPlay, JioBeats, JioMags, JioXpressNews, JioDrive, JioSecurity, and JioMoney
The Reliance Jio Preview offer is now open to all 4G compatible phones of the Samsung J series, the A series, as well as flagship Samsung Galaxy S and Galaxy Note series. The LG phones that qualify under the offer are K332 (K7 LTE), K520DY (Stylus 2), K520DY, H860 (LG G5), K500I (X Screen), K535D (Stylus 2 Plus), LGH630D (G4 Stylus 4G), and LGH 442 (LGC70 Spirit LTE).
The process to get the Jio sim is still the same.
You download the My Jio app from the Play Store. G
Generate a coupon code from the app after entering the ‘Get Jio Sim’ option.
Then you enter your name and phone number which will generate an OTP.
Once you enter the OTP, you then get a barcode, which can be availed for the free Jio SIM.
But ensure that you are carrying an address proof and photo identity proof – preferably Aadhar Card – with you when you are visiting your nearest Reliance Digital store to avail the offer.
The Jio SIM will be give for free.
After documents are submitted and verified, you will get an SMS on the number you had given while applying for the Jio SIM.
You need to call 1977 to activate the connection,
After this you will get an activation message after which your unlimited voice, SMS and data plan will be activated on the Jio number.
