A case has been registered on the complaint of Anita's brother Arun Verma. The police said Anita had asked Arun to inspect their home after their neighbour informed her over phone about the burglary.
"I got a call from my sister around 6 am about the incident. I informed the police and a team inspected the site after I opened the main door with a duplicate key," said Verma, who works as a general manager in a media house.
